History
Pedersen & Partners was founded in 2001. Since the very beginning the firm has focused solely on executive search and all its capital and management resources are fully dedicated to making Pedersen & Partners the best executive search firm.
The strategy of the firm is based on the local presence. Pedersen & Partners realised that having a few regional hubs was not enough. In order to stay in close touch with the local candidate pool and to provide real guidance on cultural issues across the fast developing markets it is important to have on-the-ground presence. Today our client and quality focused approach has proven itself and we are a truly international executive search firm operating operating 44 wholly owned offices in 41 countries.
