Craig Pearson, Architect, founded the firm in 1995 as Pearson & Associates and worked as a sole proprietor. Growth came from long hours and hard work in providing clients dependable project programming along with practical and cost effective architectural design services. This was basis of the firm’s philosophy which was established by Craig Pearson during the 1980s when he was Senior Project Architect for the nationally known real estate development company Landmark Land Company.
