P.D.Gram & Co AS ("PDG Co") is a Norwegian privately owned company involved in arranging and managing private equity investments. As of April 2009 PDG Co is commercial manager/disponent owner of a fleet of 38 vessels (26 existing and 12 newbuildings). The car carriers is the most important segment and Gram Car Carriers is now one of the leading tonnage suppliers of car carriers. PDG Co was founded in 1982 by Peter D. Gram and is now owned jointly by Peter D. Gram and Kim Steimler.
