The real estate careers of the Managing Director Sid Payne and wife Judy have spanned four decades. The firm was initially established as a partnership in 1966, ‘Payne and Rawle, and then ‘S.C Payne Pty Ltd’ traded successfully as a general real estate practice, opening offices at Sutherland, Ingleburn and Engadine.
