PayingEZ will not freeze your account for no apparent reason, and will not freeze your account without notification. We will freeze your account if you use the system to sell child porn or if you use it for casinos online, as well as, if you are proven to have fraudulently funded your account.
If your PayingEZ Merchant and your account has processed more than $2,000 of transactions, PayingEZ will hold a 10% holdback fee for a time period of no less then six weeks and no more then 180 days on all payments for fraud prevention purposes. Other than this safeguard, funds are freely available to Merchants.
