- Pawsh Pup is owned and operated by Megan and Zach Day. Our inspiration came from our miniature Dachshund, Snoop. When Snoop came into our lives in 2005 I was playing for the Colorado Rockies. With all of the traveling we were doing from city to city, we found ourselves frequenting many different pet boutiques. With the help of Colorado Canines and Colorado Petfitters our eyes were opened to the world of natural and organic pet foods. We started reading ingredients and doing more research into what we were feeding Snoop. Unfortunately injuries cut the season short in 2006, but fortunately Pawsh Pup was born. We wanted to bring to the Greater Cincinnati Area all of the knowledge that we had gained. Soon after the store was launched, many people were awakened by the harsh reality of what was going into some pet foods with the pet food recall of 2007. Our condolences to the many pets affected.
