PATSY ROGERS holds two degrees in composition from Bennington College, also having studied at Smith College and Columbia University. She has taught composition, theory, piano, and recorder, in schools and colleges in New York and New England, and now teaches privately in her studio in New Suffolk. She performs regularly in recorder ensembles of all sizes (trio, quartet, quintet, recorder orchestra, recorder swing band) and occasionally as a pianist. She also conducts and teaches at recorder workshops.
