KanGIS began offering a K-12 GIS (RSS) news feed in 2003 as a part of the exising email NEWS service we provide. While this service has gradually evolved, today we continue to offer the same great teacher access to pertinent news of events, software, data, and other classroom resources.
Why RSS? RSS news can come to you! Using a news aggregator (desktop or web-based) you can easily check the news, when you want. What's more, each RSS news service is formatted identically, reducing the time you spend figuring out each website's interface and navigation are constructed.
