Parlour Farm is a family company. Not only will you find that we create wonderful bespoke kitchens but we have a passion in doing it and an honesty and friendliness that has been lost or buried in so many businesses today. We maintain that running a serious business does not mean sacrificing the very core principles and beliefs that made the business successful in the first place.
Consequently, we look at things rather differently. When visiting us there are no salespeople. We don’t like them when we go shopping especially when they follow you around! We are happy just to talk and to advise. We very much believe that when buying your new kitchen, it is just as much about the people behind the products as the products they make. We talk with our customers how we like to be talked to. After all we never forget we are somebody’s customer too!
We know what quality is etc and we know what it isn’t. We also know what it should look like and how it should function and how it should feel! We never forget that today’s customer is intelligent. They know quality too and when spending hard earned money they want a kitchen that is beautifully made, robust, yet clean and devoid of “twiddly bits”! It needs to look fantastic and yet be totally functional to absorb today’s living requirements with a sensible, realistic and honest price. We too are aghast at the costs of some of the quotes we see but this doesn’t mean we should comment on our, or anyone else’s financial status, but we think it is more of a statement of the “bonkers” (!) pricing policies of some kitchen companies.
