Parkour Infinity is a Parkour and Freerunning class taught by Corey Jones. Parkour Infinity teaches people about the art and discipline of Parkour and Freerunning. Parkour is a method of training in which practitioners learn to overcome obstacles they may encounter in the physical and mental world. Parkour teaches you to efficiently move your body through any environment using climbing, running, jumping, vaulting and landing techniques. Parkour also teaches you to always move forward to accomplish your goals, to think positively and build the confidence to overcome anything that may be troubling you. Freerunning is an art form that combines moves and tricks from gymnastics, acrobatics, dance and martial arts. Freerunning uses the techniques for efficient movement demonstrated in Parkour, but puts more of a playful like movement to it. You are free to run about and use your own body to perform any type of movement you wish in any environment. The most common type of movement you will see is flipping and spinning of the body in the air. Parkour Infinity will teach you all the necessary techniques to do Parkour along with how to safely move about your environment. We will give you a strong Parkour base to build your confidence so that you are free to explore and move your body in any way you wish too. We also have a lot of specific techniques for Freerunning moves.
