Park Towne Development Corporation is a family run Madison-based real estate company serving southern Wisconsin for over 40 years. The beginning of Park Towne was an idea two brother-in-laws had to buy some land on the west side of Madison to hold and sell to a developer. As time went by the decision was made to develop the land themselves as Parkwood Hills neighborhood. Parkwood Hills included single family lots, condominiums and a retail center.
