PsyCare: Parental Alienation Page

PsyCare will continue updating this web site because of the tremendous response from parents. We are now reached 100,000 hits and averaging 1500 hits a month. PsyCare hopes to address issues that are not always popular or politically correct. Instead, we want to stimulate debate and research on important issues affecting today's families; to learn from other's experiences and try to influence social policies based upon empirical research and objective findings.

"Divorce Casualties is now in its fifth printing. The book continues to sell exceptionally well. Thanks you for your support and caring.

We need your understanding: We are no longer able to respond to most of the e-mails received. Many times questions are very complex making it difficult to give a good in-depth answer. It is easier if before writing you first read Dr. Darnall's book, "Divorce Casualties" because many of your questions will be better answered in the book. We don't want to sound like we are just pushing the book, but it is too difficult to repeat in an e-mail something that is already written in the book. This site or any e-mail response is not intended to serve as counseling or mental health treatment. If you find yourself wanting to write a long history and a request for "What should I do?" you need to talk with your attorney or a counselor rather than hope for an answer from us. The answers are not intended to take the place of a well thought out consultation or therapy. Please don’t e-mail long histories expecting a response. Though we empathize with your pain and concerns, we cannot do your case justice with e-mails.
