Linda Silva is the president and chief operations officer of Spectrum Communications Media Group and the Publisher of The ParentGuide. Prior to the ownership of the company, Linda served as chief operations officer for Contactman Coaching, Inc., a company specializing in contact management training and product sales to the financial industry. Early in her professional career, Linda was both a behavioral health therapist, and director of employee assistance programs and managed care organizations in the non-profit social services industry. Linda has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and an under-graduate in Psychology
Spectrum Communications Media Group, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Jack Hall, the company's vice president of sales and marketing. Jack has more than a decade of experience in the publishing, radio and non-profit industries. He as successfully managed a regional radio group of five stations, cultivated regional and national marketing partnerships and achieved record sales working with the NBA Magic basketball team, ESPN network and NBC affiliate television news stations. In 2000, he left his present employer, Genesis Radio Group, to better focus his time and efforts on Spectrum Communications Media Group's business model full time.
