PARAMA was established in 1952 by new Lithuanians to help each other buy homes and establish new lives in Canada. What started with just a few people in the basement of a community hall has grown to be the world's largest Lithuanian Credit Union in both assets and number of members. PARAMA is also now the 24th largest credit union in Ontario.
