Dr. Parnes graduated from the University of Georgia with a BSA degree in Agriculture. He attended Howard University’s School of Dentistry ( Washington D.C.) where he graduated in 1985. He had the distinction of being on the Deans List from 1978 thru 1985. He taught at Howard Universitry for one year in the department of Periodontics. Since graduating Dental School he has take over 600 hours of continuing dental education.
