With the season running from May till September, it is undoubtedly a very popular destination for Bulgarian and foreign tourists alike. In fact, the last few years have seen an unprecedented interest from Westerters who are looking for a fresh alternative to other already too commercialised summer destinations.
Varna, the second biggest city in Bulgaria, seems to have it all: gorgeous weather, long beach strips, busy and diverse night life, entertainment for children and grown-ups alike, excellent shopping, (still) very reasonable prices of everything you will want to buy and certainly unforgettable memories to bring back home.
Varna and the resorts nearby, Golden Sands and St. Konstantin, boast some of the best sand strips on the Black Sea coast. There is an excellent choice of beaches all within 10-25 minutes drive from the apartment.
