Dr Chan Joon Yee graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1988. After completing his National Service as dental officer in the navy, he began private practice by working as a locum at various private clinics from Jurong, Eunos to Orchard Road. In 1990, Dr Chan started operating his own clinic at Tampines with a partner.
