Description
Over the next couple of weeks each of the Content team will work with Tak and JohnStanton (in both locations as the team's sponsor) to fill out the Job Descriptions and Personal Goals.
Why?
These documents are created in pairs and will accurately reflect the duties, roles, responsibilities and activities of each team member, as well help identify goals for them.
Additionally, the job descriptions will help with future hires and identifying skill sets and duties we need.
Done When
Each team member has completed both a Job Description and Goals statement.

We've started a preliminary list of duties/responsibilities here: Create Content Duties/Responsibilities Descriptions (Nov. 1-15); team members will pick and choose from these roles (as well as optionally roles in the Dev, Content or Ops teams) that they a) see as currently fitting their job description and b) might fit personal or team goals for them to grow into and learn in the future.
