About Go Ballistic Paintball
Go-Ballistic Sports began 4 years ago and was essentially a team training and team building company using the new concept of inflatable paintball (also known as sup air ball), which is an arena based paintball game as a team training tool. The company was set up by Bernie Janes, who has a strong background in structured team building and event management. Go Ballistic rapidly became a leader in the field of team building and corporate activities. And has provided team building activities for companies such as Guinness, NTL, The Post Office, National Grid, Peugeout, Skipton Building Society, Enron, Marconi, Siemens, Yorkshire Electricity, Arthur Andersen, Pilkington, Nestle, Thomson Directories, BP as well as numerous event management companies, event managers, venue finders and incentive houses. Go Ballistic is widely considered a leading provider of activities to the corporate sector. Also, paintballing is also ideal for stag and hen parties.
Recently we have been featured on Sky Digital and within publications such as The Sunday Express, Boys Toys, Front, Yorkshire Post, Playstation2, NME and lots more.
Initially all our activities were booked on a mobile basis and we spent much of our time travelling the length and breadth of the UK supplying activity days to companies at venues of their choice. With our wealth of experience within the activities industry it was a natural progression for us to establish fixed paintball sites for our corporate activity days. It seemed even more natural to open these sites to the public after which paint ball soon proved to be our most popular product. Now all our fixed venues specialise in the sport and our nationwide network of venues means that most of England can now benefit from going ballistic. Our network is rapidly expanding and by the end of 2002 we plan to open sites in Lancashire, Herefordshire and Teeside to complement our venues already located in North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Leicestershire, London and Hertfordshire. As a paint ball company we specialise in the first time or occasional player making our sites ideal for stag parties, hen parties and birthday parties.
