- Pacific Ridge Vineyards is a boutique winery, producing less than 2000 cases each year of mainly Santa Barbara County appellation wines. We produce many of our wines from fruit grown at Bien Nacido and nearby vineyards, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. The proprietary red blend is produced from Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Pacific Ridge Vineyard, on our family estate in Camarillo, consists of 4 acres of Syrah and Zinfandel. All wines are aged in 100% French oak barrels, from various coopers, forests, and toasting levels. The Pacific Ridge winemaking operation has been based in Santa Barbara County since 1995, and will be open to the public in fall 2008
