WizardWrx - A New Name for an Established Company
After decades of breathing the increasingly polluted air of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we relocated in October 2005 to Wizard Wells, Texas. Located about 50 miles northwest of Fort Worth, near Jacksboro, Wizard Wells has clean air and a dark night sky. For the first time in decades, we can breathe without gagging, and be inspired by lots of stars. Nevertheless, we are easily accessible to our existing Dallas-Fort Worth area clients, and can use the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to receive and visit clients from around the world.
Wizard Wells is home to Whispering Waters Retreat, an inn that was built in the early 20th century to house guests who came to bathe in the mineral waters that sprang from the ground and from shallow wells dug nearby. Owner Kevin Leech bought the property six years ago, and has revived the hotel and spa as a retreat and conference center, adding such modern amenities as private soaking tubs, air conditioning, and a large outdoor hot tub under the stars. Guests come to enjoy the mineral waters, clean air, quiet, and massages from Kevin and Chief Wizard David Gray's wife, Janet.
Encouraged by wife Janet, founder David Gray adopted the name WizardWrx, and took the title of Wizard of Whispering Waters. Wizard is a word often associated with David by his clients and associates, though he has, until now, been reluctant to use the word himself.
