- Developed in February 2002 as a result of one traveler’s very pleasant and positive experiences in several different B&Bs in Tasmania, London and the English South West Country. From the history of Dolphin House in Bath and Sheelagh Weedon’s exquisite 16th Century Hall House in Chagford, Devon to Josephine Swannie’s majestic Chelsea residence, preserved in the tradition of the entire of Chelsea. From first Tasmanian cottages such as Colville Cottage to the grandeur of both Islington and Kilmarnoch House, the B&B experience was unique. Charming and generous hosts were responsible for some wonderful holidays. All were in need of promotion and on a singular level it is daunting and a distraction from the general business of the day, hence the development of this venture.
