One Aero is the result of a cooperative effort between Overhaul Search, b2b-Aero, and ePark Labs, to create an online service that provides the aerospace industry with inventory, repair capabilities, and status tracking data. Each company, while independent of one another, has recognized the advantages to making their individual data available through a single reference point. Hence the creation of OneAero, the one place for aerospace.
Overhaul Search
Since its establishment in March of 2000, Overhaul Search has grown to be the aerospace industry’s premier database for overhaul and repair information. Overhaul Search pioneered the now popular industry average cost matrix, lead-time module, and Mega Search feature. Now, with more than 400 repair facilities, 200 airlines and suppliers, and 2.2 million repair capabilities, Overhaul Search is the aviation industry’s number one source for all MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) related data. The Overhaul Search system incorporates features such as Repair-Part Search, Mega Search, online RFQ, Quotation generation, Customer Directory, Accessories, etc. All of these products and services are now made available to existing Overhaul Search members through the OneAero portal.

In 1999, b2b-aero.com started to develop a web based tracking solution that provided real-time PO-status information, point-to-point messaging and document transfer capabilities for trading partner collaboration as they exchange technical reports, funding authorizations, drawings, invoices, and other repair-related documents. The product that resulted is now known as the MRO-Tracker®. MRO-Tracker® is an Internet-enabled asset visibility system for tracking unserviceable, highly engineered (and, therefore, highly valued) components as they proceed through the transportation and repair channels to become serviceable inventory assets again. b2b-aero.com designed this common platform solution to the exacting specifications of aircraft engine repair management, with direct user inputs from customers like Lufthansa Technik, Praxair and Chromalloy. Today, it serves the needs of 800 participating companies and appr. 3000 users.
