Hurricane Katrina Update: Yes, we were in the path of Katrina. We are thankful that our family, home and warehouse are safe with only minor damage. We were without some utility services for a period of time, but continued to serve our customers as we powered our computers by generator. It was an unusual mix of 'pioneer times' and 'technology'. We had no lights, air conditioning or phones while the generator provided power for our computers and gave us the means to keep in touch with customers and family via email and satellite internet service. Things are returning to normal as the utility and clean-up crews work diligently.
We were able to resume shipping on September 6th. We were thrilled to see that Fedex truck arrive to pick up the packages for our dear customers! We have had no interrruption of shipping service since then.
