The firm was set up in 1993 as a primarily commercial practice. For this reason our offices were based on a business park, the first legal practice in the South West to do so.
The location has the benefit of being accessible to clients, with convenient car parking and was a positive statement that we intended to be different. Our intention was not to offer a full range of legal services, but to concentrate instead on certain core specialisms, which we had developed and for which we have a substantial reputation.
The concept was to create a niche commercial practice delivering sound, practical and creative solutions to legal problems. Such has been its success that the firm relocated in 2002 to larger premises in response to growing demand.
