Since 1970, artist James King has been known for his original work of landscapes, mountainscapes, seascapes and still life paintings.
That is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to his creativity. Being an avid beachcomber during the late 60.s and 70.s Jim has been surprising friends and family members with unique tree toppers, Christmas ornaments and other home decor items such as lamp shades, wall sconces, curtain tiebacks, shell furniture knobs and bath accessories created from incredible shells from around the world and other nautical finds.
Over the years his works have shown in galleries in the Pacific Northwest and California.
Since his retirement in 2002 he has devoted himself to art full time. Creating even more beautiful and unique items for Home or Office and a distinctive line of Christmas Ornaments and Tree Toppers. Kings' work can be found in Galleries, shops and the Sunday Open Air Market in beautiful Yachats, Oregon - where the rainforest meets the Pacific Coast.
