Description
The Oregon Crusaders are a non-profit group whose purpose is to enrich young adults through challenging performance activities. This purpose is attained by promoting the values of dedication, effort, team work and tradition. From a committed infrastructure of instructional staff and support staff, along with community assistance, the Oregon Crusaders are aiding young adults in building their skills both as performers and responsible individuals.
The Oregon Crusaders offer a nationally competitive Drum and Bugle Corps based out of the greater Portland, Oregon area. Comprised of members between the ages of 14 to 21, membership draws from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California and beyond. Performers earn
membership into the Oregon Crusaders by not only their ability as musicians or dancers, but also by their attitudes and desire to learn. To join, one does not have to be a superior musician or dance, but must be willing to work hard and put in the time and effort needed to be successful; An Oregon Crusader.
