Our Approach
Our goal is pretty simple; to take advantage of the volatvity of the stock market, regardless of the direction of the movement. Higher volativity produces more opportunities. We use stock options as one of the tools to invest and take advantage of the stock movement. We also are in constant lookout for stocks that move a lot in either direction, by looking at the historical prices.
We are not long term investors, nor do we short stocks in anticipation of a fall in stock prices. Our exposure to risk is limited and contained within a defined period. We do not long/short any stocks at any time. We only trade stock options for the current month and we only hold our positions for 3-5 days on average.
We are a small group of part-time investors who have spent a tremendous amount of efforts in analyzing the movement of stocks and how it relates to unfolding and stock-relating events. We gathered all the statistics and derived a unique formula to rate a pool of stocks that we consider are good candidates to trade. The actual dollar amount that is needed to invest is minimal, and could be afforded by regular investors like us.
