Douglas Johnson, M.A. works as a freelance consultant, providing services such as computer-based training, performance management, and instructional design. In his capacity as a consultant he has worked for a number of individuals, organizations, and consulting firms.
He is currently completing his doctorate at Western Michigan University, where he conducts research, teaches courses and lectures on topics such as the applications of behavior analysis, performance management, how to measure performance, systems analysis, and selection and placement.
In his spare time, he also creates and maintains websites for behaviorally oriented organizations and individuals, such as the Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Network, the Speech Pathology and Applied Behavior Analysis (SPABA) Group, and Dick Malott.
