Open Learning Center's mission is to help people to learn English through internet. OLC tries to help every one in every place to study online. Behrooz Shalileh founded OLC first in 1979.At the beginning, OLC provided distant learning course in Iran for the first time. Since 2001 OLC has focused on E-learning and online education and in the last 6 years, OLC has had more than 32 000 students from all around the world. OLC provides English courses even for 3 year old children and it has many courses for business men and business women in both English and Management categories. OLC is an international company.
