Otherwise Providing Education iNNew York is an ongoing effort by Paul Matte to research and promote the right of parents to direct education of their children without government interference. Paul, a retired journeyman electrician, and wife Lorraine began home schooling in 1977. Their two home educated daughters have long since completed college with honors.
