About On-Line Help Computer Service
On-Line Help Computer Service sells quality computer products and provides its customers with outstanding support and on-site warranty services. This allows small businesses, home based businesses and home computer users to have access to a high quality support service just like major companies that have their own computer support staff.
Philosophy:
On-Line Help Computer Service was started in November 1991 for the purpose of providing a quality computer support and problem solving service for small and medium sized organizations as well as individual computer users. The objective of the business is to provide its clients with same quality and availability of service that is enjoyed by large organizations with in-house support staffs. In January of 1992 the scope of the business was expanded to include the sale of computer systems, accessories and software. The philosophy and objective of the business have not changed.
Sales Policy:
The sales policy of On-Line Help Computer Service is to provide quality products at competitive prices, and to include with each sale a degree of support and follow-up service that exceeds that offered by other computer dealers.
