Pat Engle and Jason Sedlak co-founded OneSourceGear in 2005. The two football coaches put their heads together and tried to make their hat business different from all of the other manufacturers. What developed has become the industries "easiest" and "most user friendly" hat program. They applied some of the basics that they taught to their football players to their business model. First and foremost is the desire to "keep it simple". Pat is the married father of three.
