Perry Cowen is the owner and President of Once Upon a Time Video Productions. He has been creating original, artistic videos, professionally, since 1984. Perry's talents in video production have been locally, nationally & internationally recognized and awarded. Perry has worked at several television stations in California and Minnesota, as everything from a photojournalist to the director of news, variety shows, talk shows and commercials. Considered an expert in the field of video production, Perry has served on the board of Minnesota's MPVA (Minnesota Professional Videographers' Association), and regularly presents seminars on a variety of video-related topics to local and national groups.
