Another feature that sets me apart from most computer repair operations is that I come to you. In the majority of cases it is far more desirable to fix a computer "on the spot" that it is to unhook everything and drop it off at a shop. And in many cases, troubleshooting networks for instance, it simply must be done onsite at the customer location. If I determine that a computer can be better fixed back at my office then I will do a pickup and dropoff service for the same price. This guarantees that you will get much more comprehensive and thorough service from start to finish.
Customer education is a central part of my approach to helping you maintain your computer and get the maximum life span out of it. I use non-motorized transportation whenever possible and believe that environmental awareness goes hand in hand with computer repair.
