Oakland Live Y'ers Swim Team
Description
OLY is short for Oakland Live Y'ers, a USA Swimming competitive swim program for all ages located in Rochester, Michigan. OLY offers year round training for swimmers of every ability level.
OLY Practices on the campus of Oakland University between Squirrel and Adams Roads, and between Walton and Pioneer Roads. Most of OLY practices at the Lepley Pool located right off of Parking lot 17. The Senior groups of OLY also have Natatorium in the Student Recreation Building. Oakland University is just off the University exit of I-75 in Rochester.
The Head Coach of OLY is presently Jeff Cooper (swimcoop@aol.com). Jeff guides the direction of the entire team and coaches the senior level. The Age Group Program is coached by Ahern Naylis (ahernt@yahool.com). Both Jeff and Ahern have Assistant Coaches and OLY strives to have at least two coaches on deck at all times.
