- During the 1960’s while in my mid twenties I rode a small motorcycle before I married. No instruction of course other than here are the lights, clutch brake, throttle and gearshift then hand the dealer the money and start riding. I am lucky I didn’t kill myself. For the life of me I cannot remember why I thought marriage should stop me from riding. But it did and I gave the bike to my brother in law.
