We are locally owned and operated. Broker John Lloyd Magoon has lived in the Pikes Peak area since 1971. His business skills were acquired through 25 years as an owner and general manager of a printing and publishing concern with millions in annual sales. Following a great career with the Re/Max organization in Colorado Springs, John and his wife "came home" to Florissant and created their own brand of real estate services.
Florissant had been a second home for John for many years. His long relationship with the area and his extensive knowledge of its history make him a valuable guide.
