Terry Neal wrote and presented the audiotape educational series The Personal Sovereignty Paradigm and is author of a best seller on WHY and HOW to go offshore entitled The Offshore Solution (2001) and its predecessor book The Offshore Advantage (1998), as well as the newsletter by the same name. Mr. Neal wrote and presented the short form syndicated radio show ECON 101 which was heard on over 300 stations a day through 1998. He is the past publisher of three magazines and a paid contributing author for articles appearing in key business magazines in the U.S. and Canada. Neal's 1996 hardbound book Barter & The Future of Money has become the definitive reference work for the commercial barter industry.
Terry Neal has been interviewed multiple times on radio and television and been the subject of newspaper and magazine articles around the world. Neal has appeared on the front page of the business section in newspapers such as the New York Times, the Los Angles Times, and newspapers and magazines in other countries as diverse as New Zealand to Turkey to South Africa. Neal is the frequent guest of radio talk shows dealing with a multitude of subjects as diverse as "Historical Economic Models," "The Loss of Privacy in the Age of Technology," "The How's and Whys of Asset Protection," "Personal Liberty and Ethical Responsibility," "Taxation Mechanisms (including tax shelters and deferral strategies.) Neal is an outspoken critic on "Government Expansion and Abuse of Power," calling for extensive civil oversight and review of clandestine and abusive federal agencies, subjects which have caused him continual harassment by bureaucracy.
