- Off Duty Consulting Group was formed in 2007 in order to meet the demands of the educational community related to school safety. Off Duty Consulting Group (ODCG), in affiliation with the Canadian Distance Education Institute (www.cdei.ca), and the University of Waterloo, will be offering school safety courses to teachers, vp's and principals throughout Canada in 2008. Our goal is to meet the ever increasing demand for quality school safety training from a law enforcement perspective.
