With over 120 different products, Odlums produce premium flour products in Ireland for traditional home bakers, novice cooks, bakeries big & small and retailers nationwide. The business was originally established by the Odlum family in 1845 when they opened their first mill in Portlaoise. This formed the basis for the present business which today operates 3 flour mills around the country.
