OCCPA (Orange County Chinese Professional Association) is a non-political, non-religious and non-profit organization with the IRS tax exempt status of 501(c)(3) tax code. The goals of OCCPA are to promote professional educations and information exchange on science, technology, career development, culture and art among members, and to serve as a liaison between Chinese and American people.
