Dr. Kent Sasse and a team of weight loss experts are helping to educate children, parents, and the public school system about the perils of childhood obesity. Prevention is the best cure for obesity. Knowledge of proper nutrition and healthy eating and exercise practices are the best way to help prevent early onset diabetes, sleep disorders, and assorted nutritional deficiencies that can lead to a host of additional serious medical conditions.
