The Oak Ridge Observer is a locally owned, weekly newspaper, which was launched in December 2004. You can find us at more than 80 locations in Oak Ridge and the surrounding area. The Observer begins arriving on stands at noon every Thursday, and was certified as a newspaper of general distribution for Anderson County in October 2006. This important recognition allows the county and all its cities, such as Oak Ridge and Clinton, to place their legal notices with us.
