On December 21 the New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) issued a media release saying brother John and Ian Fistonich had pleaded guilty to two charges under the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act in a case brought by NZFSA. In fact, Natures Way Products Ltd, of which the pair are directors, pleaded guilty to the charges.
