- All Warranties are Non-Transferable, meaning that they are only valid for the original owner of the home when the intercom was installed. Proof of original home ownership (deed or closing papers) along with proof of purchase (dated receipt) are required. The receipt (or copy of) must include: items purchased with model numbers, your name, address and date of purchase. Return shipping for warranty work is at the customers expense. We will pay for shipping to send the repaired item back to the customer
