About NSU
National Union of Students in Norway ( NSU ) is an organization for all students at the universities and Scientific Colleges in Norway. NSU represent approximately 75 000 students in Norway. NSU - division Bergen is a local branch of NSU, and represent students from The University of Bergen, Art Academy of Bergen and Bergen school of Architecture. NSU - division Bergen represent approximately 17 500 students.
NSU - division Bergen consist of a Student Council and a working committee. The student Council has 19 members and the working committee has 4 members. The working committee is responsible for the daily work in the organization, and is responsible for preparing the documents in the cases for the Student Council.
We in NSU are working so that the students in Norway can get the best possible education and have all their primary needs fulfilled. Some of the most important things we are working with now are more small apartments for students in the center of Bergen, better working environment for students at the higher education institutions and network for students who want to go abroad to study.
