Gregg Dunn, owner of NSM, established the business in order to share his years of education, 20+ years of experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry, and a number of lessons learned as a manager in various aspects of manufacturing. Having served nine and a half years in the Air Force as a Refrigeration and Cryogenics Specialist, Gregg also brings to the business a postive work ethic, a strong ability to analyze and resolve problems, and skills to quickly and effectively develop and institute the needed procedures and responses.
