Now for Future is a professional services company offering facilitation, stakeholder engagement and information design services. Using innovative techniques like World Cafes, group graphics and interactive system modeling, we assist teams and organisations to unleash the collective power of the group. Now for Future designs and facilitates corporate retreats, strategy meetings, stakeholder engagement sessions, and community consultations. The company has a particular interest in projects involving sustainability and business concept innovation.
Jenni Dunn founded Now for Future in 2000 and is the company's managing director. She is a skilled facilitator and process designer with a dynamic background in business and education. She has management experience in both government and private sectors and her work has involved national and international relations. Her key interests and experience are reflected in her qualifications - these focus on learning, group processes, communication, systems thinking, and organisation behaviour and development. Before starting Now for Future, Jenni was Manager of Industry Liaison at Swinburne University in Melbourne, a position that involved the development of partnerships with industry and the management of the University's cooperative education scheme.
Erin Jancauskas is a successful facilitator, innovator and strategist with particular expertise in sustainability and graphic communication. He is a mechanical engineer with a PhD in aerodynamics and has been the Dean of an industry-focused engineering faculty, a successful cultural change agent, and a research engineer. Erin has been nationally awarded with the AAEE Boeing Medal for his leadership of engineering education in Australasia and a Business-Higher Education Round Table Award for the success of the university-industry partnerships that he has built. Before joining Now for Future he was the foundation Professor and Head of the Melbourne School of Energy and Environment at Melbourne University Private.
