Our society, is in Swedish called "Noshörningen", which means Rhino, in English. The name, "Noshörningen" doesn't really have a connection to any LARP thing in Sweden. The reason we took the name was that there is another society called "Enhörningen". The name for that in English, I don't know. But you know that animal that looks like a horse but have a big horn on it's forehead? That animals name is also the English name of that society.
When we in the sixth grade created Noshörningen, we simply wanted to make fun of Enhörningen. I hope, though you are English, can see the resemblance in our names?
